Intermediate French

Register here for Intermediate French (starting) OR Intermediate French (continuation class). These are 2 different classes.

Intermediate French Starting Class : Tuesdays, from 5:30-6:30p.m.
Starting January 14. 8 weeks.
This class is for beginners who took the Beginning French classes (Beginning French 1 and Beginning French 1 continuation) or those who have completed French 1 level French with us or elsewhere.

Intermediate French Continuation Class: Thursdays, from 5:30-6:30p.m.
Starting January 16. 8 weeks.
This is for students who either completed our Intermediate French starting class, or who have had prior classes elsewhere bringing them to the level of Intermediate French (in the second half of our textbook).

Goals

Discover places in France and describe them.
Ask for help and information
Vocabulary: shopping, the house, countries, activities at home and for fun,
Telling the time
Grammar: irregular verbs (connaitre, aller, voir, faire, vouloir, etc.), negation, questions, prepositions of space

Program summed up

You will learn how to understand and exchange information on topics such as the family, way of living, shopping,.. You will learn more verbs, practice different ways of asking questions and the use of articles.

You will work with the textbook Interaction 2 (Not included in the tuition for the class. Cost $31)
We will also engage a supporting textbook: Easy French Step-by-Step.
