French Cooking Class

Cooking Class Course description: The cooking class is an opportunity for intermediate/advanced level people to practice their French speaking skills while preparing a simple 3-course meal. We will be selecting recipes from different French-speaking regions and participants will cook and share a meal altogether. This workshop will increase the student`s vocabulary on the cooking theme as well as expressing their likes and dislikes about food while enjoying the dishes prepared during the class - all included in the fee.

Tarte tatin Fees: $50 member, $100 non-member. Individual membership and class: $90
Prerequisite: Intermediate to Advanced Levels; French courses taken in the past.
Material required: Material will be provided at no cost to the student.
Note: Please note that the instructor is not a professional chef. The main objective of this workshop is to give an overview of French cuisine in a very practical manner and in a relaxed atmosphere.
